Office Hours

We are in the office Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm; our phones are answered from 8:30am - 5:00pm.

To schedule an appointment, please call (804) 239-1640 during regular business hours. We strive to accommodate requests for same-day and next-day appointments.

For your convenience, you may also use our Online Appointment Request form. Once we receive your secure appointment request, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your appointment time.

New Patients

New patients please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please bring a copy of all insurance cards and a list of any medications you may be taking. To facilitate the registration process, you may download our Patient Registration forms in advance, fill them out, and bring them with you when you come for your appointment.

Routine Appointments

These are for non-urgent, chronic medical conditions and medication refills. Please call in advance to get the appointment you prefer with your regular healthcare provider. We recommend you make your next follow-up appointment before you leave the office.

Sick Visits

Please call to schedule an appointment before coming to the office. Our physicians make every effort to see sick patients on the same day. If needed, we will schedule an appointment for a "work-in" to try to better manage patient flow and decrease waiting time.

Physicals / Annual Gynecological Exams / Well Child Exams

Please call at least a couple of months in advance to schedule any of these exams so you are able to get the appointment time you prefer.

Cancellations

Please call 24 hours in advance if you must cancel an appointment so we can open the schedule for other patients waiting to be seen. We reserve the right to charge a $25.00 fee for "no show" appointments.
